Accepted Methods of Payment:

Payment Terms:

  • Full payment is due before the event ends.

  • Deposits are required to secure your booking.

    • The event date is not secured until the deposit is paid.

    • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you need an invoice, let us know, and we will provide one.

Overtime:

  • The artist is not required to stay past the agreed-upon time.

    If you need extra time, please ask the artist. If available, additional charges will apply.

  • Access to a Washroom

  • (Airbrush requires an outlet)

Please let us know if you cannot provide table and/or chairs.

Requirements

Unable to Paint:

  • Children under 3 years old

  • Wounds, scabs, eczema, etc.

  • Individuals showing signs of illness

  • Individuals with lice

  • Unwilling and/or crying children

These restrictions are only in place for health and safety reasons. Otherwise, everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate!

Cancellation

  • If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 2 weeks prior to your event, if possible.

    • Cancellations made on or after the event date will require full payment of the agreed amount.

Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you!

Cancellation

Paints:

  • We use ONLY professional-grade face paints.

  • Brands: Diamond FX, Fusion, Tag, Global Colours, Superstar, Kryvaline.

  • These reputable brands are not only skin-safe but specifically designed for use on the skin.

Glitter:

  • We use ONLY cosmetic-grade glitter.

  • Latex-free glue is used for all glitter tattoo applications.

  • Glitter gels/balms are made with an aloe vera or beeswax and shea butter base.

Tools Used

  • If event is held outdoors, we require a designated spot in the shade.

  • We do not paint in rain or temperatures under 10 degrees.

    • We do not hold ‘rain dates’.
      If rain may be a concern, we recommend having a back up location held indoors.

FAQ's

  • Most of our services can accommodate approximately 10 to 15 individuals per hour.

    NOTE: We can only accommodate 10-15 designs per hour if we start right away, painting people back to back until finish time.

  • Yes it’s true, we only allow 3+ years of age to get painted or tattooed.

    Why? This is because our product labels have a precaution warning for ages below 3, resulting in our insurance not covering us if we paint anyone younger than 3 years old.

    But do not worry, if you let us know there will be babies at your event, we might have a little something we can bring to keep them included!

  • Remove Face Paint:

    • Massage soap onto dry skin

    • Rinse with water

    • Or use oil based Makeup Remover

    Remove Glitter Tattoos:

    • Soak in bathtub/water

    • Gently scrub

    • Use tape to remove loose glitter

  • Only a designated location with 1 table and 2 chairs per artist!

    Please let us know if you cannot provide them, and we will bring our own.

    NOTE: airbrush tattoos require an outlet and proper ventilation

  • Fable Face Paint is based in Vaughan, ON.

    You may be subject to a small travel fee if your event is outside that region.

    We kindly ask that you reserve a parking spot for your artist to avoid any parking fees.

  • Fable Face Paint is owned and run by Milena,

    BUT we are in touch with many face painters and can provide you with multiple painters for your event if needed, or can send out a different painter if Milena is unavailable.

  • We use only professional water-activated face paints that are specifically made for the skin, ensuring a safe and vibrant experience for all.

    All of our tools and products are pro-grade and are sanitized between events to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for our clients.

  • Yes!

    From face paints and glitter tattoos to balloon animals and event decor, it can all be customized to suit your event needs!

    Although, while face paints can be customized on the spot, we ask you to let us know ahead of time if you require anything else customized for your theme.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required for booking.

    If you need to reschedule, let us know 1+ weeks ahead of time and you will be able to reuse your deposit.

    If you need to cancel, please do so by the day of your event to avoid being charged the remaining balance. We kindly ask that you let us know 2+ weeks in advance as a courtesy. Thank you for your understanding.

    NOTE: We understand rain may be a concern, so we always suggest having a tent or a back-up indoor area.
