Important Info
Deposit Required
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your date and time are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
We cannot hold multiple dates for one booking. To secure two dates, a separate deposit is required for each.
Stay on schedule
To ensure we twist 15 balloons per hour, guests should be lined up and ready. Breaks for games, food, or other entertainment will reduce the number of balloons completed. If your event includes other activities, book extra time to avoid disappointment.
Need More Time?
If more time is required, extensions are only possible if your artist is available. The cost will be adjusted based on the additional time.
